After announcing his decision to enter the transfer portal on April 25th, UNCW forward Trazarien White remains one of the biggest names available this offseason.

On Monday, White revealed a cutdown list of two teams that he would be focusing on: the TCU Horned Frogs and the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

Trazarien White generated interest from several teams in the transfer portal this offseason after posting incredible numbers during his junior season. The junior forward averaged 19.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game while connecting on 49.3% of shots from the field.

While White was listed as an unranked prospect by most major recruiting services when coming out of high school, the Texas native worked his way into a four-star portal prospect three seasons later. White checks in as the 61st-ranked player in the portal on the 247Sports index and the 12th-ranked player at his position.

The update to his recruitment comes 10 days after his original visit list, which also included Mississippi State and Kansas State.

While both TCU and Texas Tech will likely be locked in close combat for the Texas native, should the junior forward wind up in the Big 12 Conference as a Red Raider or as a Horned Frog, the league will have added yet another talented scorer to its ranks.
