After a strong sophomore campaign, Arizona Wildcats wide receiver, Tetairoa McMillan has high expectations heading into his third season.

On3 listed its “Top 100 Players in College Football,” and McMillan came in at No. 10 after totaling 90 receptions, 1,402 yards, and 10 touchdowns last season. He averaged 15.6 yards per catch and made a statement in a win over Arizona State on Nov. 25, 2023 when he went off for 266 yards on 11 receptions.

The 6-foot-5 receiver was recognized as Third Team AP All-American.

McMillan was ranked as a four-star prospect out of high school and became the highest ranked recruit in the history of Arizona football. He originally committed to the University of Oregon, but flipped his decision soon after.

Ten touchdowns from McMillan places him second all-time in school history for most receiving touchdowns in a season.

The connection between the star receiver and quarterback Noah Fifita was apparent in their first game together this season where McMillan hauled in a team-high 65 receiving yards and a touchdown in a win over Northern Arizona University.

The two have been developing chemistry since their time together playing at Servite High School in Anaheim, California.

In Arizona’s first season in the Big 12, the Wildcats hope to be in the mix for fighting for the Big 12 Title.
