Kansas State plays Tulane on Saturday in Week 2 of the college football season and the early line movement suggests the big money has settled in on one side of this game, and it’s not with the team that’s ranked in the Top 25.

The Green Wave is home to take on the Wildcats one week after blowing out Southeast Louisiana 52-0 in Week 1. Meantime, Kansas State is coming off a 41-6 win over UT Martin on Saturday in Manhattan.
Tulane is led by first-year head coach Jon Sumrall, who took over for Willie Fritz after he left for the Houston job to replace Dana Holgorsen.
Tulane, which is a combined 23-5 in the last two seasons, received two first-place votes, and was picked third in the AAC Preseason Poll, behind Memphis and UTSA. Kansas State was picked to finish second in the Big 12 Preseason Poll with 19 first-place votes, behind Utah, who received 20 first-place votes.
Kick off between Tulane and Kansas State is set for 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 7th.
