Jalon Daniels, Hunter Dickinson Featured on Custom Kansas NASCAR Race Car

While NIL collectives can influence collegiate sports through fundraising and opening up opportunities for athletes, one collective in Lawrence, Kansas has found its way into the NASCAR scene.

A Kansas NIL collective known as the Mass St. Collective recently partnered with BeONE Sports to feature Kansas athletes from basketball, football, and volleyball on Brennan Poole’s NASCAR race car.

Eleven players can be seen on the race car including stars from the men’s and women’s basketball teams in Hunter Dickinson, Kevin McCullar, Dajuan Harris, KJ Adams, Taiyanna Jackson, and Holly Kersgieter. The remaining five athletes featured come from the football team and the volleyball team with Jalon Daniels, Devin Neal, Cobee Bryant, Kenny Logan, and Caroline Bien.

Mass St. Collective is continuing to find innovative to create NIL opportunities for student-athletes at the University of Kansas, and with a partnership that brings them into the NASCAR scene, I don’t expect the innovation to stop anytime soon. Mass St. Collective recently hosted a team of former Kansas basketball players in the TBT League which featured multiple teams from the Big 12 Conference and increased funding for NIL through fan attendance, partnerships, and more.

With an ever-changing scene of collegiate athletes on the NIL front, Kansas Jayhawks athletes are in good hands with one of the best collectives in the Big 12 Conference, and in the country in their backyard.
