Coming into the season, everyone knew quarterback depth might be a problem for the Red Raiders.
Now, it is a reality.
Texas Tech announced yesterday Davis Webb might not play Saturday against Kansas State.
He is officially listed as a “game-time decision.” If that is true, the Red Raiders have to prepare like he won’t play.
Patrick Mahomes is not the same quarterback as Davis Webb.
Webb is a drop-back passer. Mahomes can run.
