In a not-so-shocking turn of events, the Pac-12 Conference is selling official league merch at the Pac-12 Baseball Tournament for five dollars a piece in an everything-must-go sale.

The league is selling visors, hats, shirts, polos, jerseys, and more, all for just $5 due to the unstable future of the Pac-12 Conference.

Despite former Pac-12 Commissioner George Kliavkoff’s insistence that the league would land an adequate media rights deal, just two Pac-12 teams remain, Oregon State and Washington State.

Conference realignment hit the conference hard, with four members heading to the Big Ten, four members heading to the Big 12, and two members heading to the ACC.

After Klaivkoff failed to land a suitable media rights deal for the league, conference members started to depart following USC and UCLA’s 2022 exit from the Conference of Champions. Colorado was the next team to jump ship, electing to return to the Big 12 Conference on July 27th, 2023. Eight days later, Washington and Oregon announced their decision to join the Big Ten, while the remaining “Four Corner” schools, Arizona, Arizona State, and Utah, joined the Big 12. Two of the league’s final four members (Cal and Stanford) departed for the ACC on September 1st, 2023, leaving Oregon State and Washington State as the last remaining members.

While the saga of the Pac-12’s collapse featured a plethora of ups and downs, one way or another, it ended the way most expected, with outdated merch selling for five dollars a piece.
