The release of EA Sports College Football 25 is just around the corner, and this week, we’ve gotten a closer look at some of the ratings and rankings in the game.
“Rankings Week” started on Tuesday with EA’s Toughest Places to Play, followed by the Sights and Sounds Deep Dive on Wednesday. Yesterday, on the most controversial day for the game yet, we saw the offensive and defensive rankings released for the Top 25 units on each side of the ball.
To cap the week, EA has revealed the Top 25 teams in the game at launch, with the Georgia Bulldogs standing alone at No. 1 with a 95 OVR rating.
Ohio State and Oregon check in as the No. 2 and No. 3 teams with 93 OVR, while Alabama and Texas round out the Top 5 with 92 OVR ratings.
Clemson, Notre Dame, and LSU check in at Nos. 5-8 with 90 OVR, with Penn State and Utah finishing off the Top 10 at 88 OVR.
