In a recent ranking list from FOXSports’ Joel Klatt, five members of the Big 12 Conference were named among the preseason Top 25 teams.
The five teams featured on Klatt’s list are headlined by Utah, followed by Kansas State, Oklahoma State, Kansas, and Arizona.
Utah earned the nod as the Big 12’s best team in Klatt’s eyes, checking it at No. 9. Kansas State trailed the Utes at No. 16, followed by Oklahoma State in 17th. The final two teams from the Big 12 checked in at No. 20 and No. 21, with Lance Leipold’s Jayhawks narrowly edging past the Arizona Wildcats.
