The internet lives forever, and some people still haven’t grasped that concept in the year 2024. The latest victim of this travesty is a presumed heartbroken Florida State fan who has had quite an awful start to the 2024 college football season.
A Florida State football fan, known as @321nole, showed his confidence that the Seminoles would turn things around after a 24-21 loss to Georgia Tech by pledging that he would eat dog poop “out of a red Solo cup with a spoon” if they lost to Boston College on Monday night.
He then put a bow on his promise, with “Book it!” so you know he meant business — except, he didn’t.
Unsurprisingly, the perpetrator, identified as “@321noles,” has deleted his account, sparking the biggest manhunt in the history of college football Twitter.
It’s gotten so big that Scott Van Pelt (SVP) even called him out after Florida State’s loss on Monday night.
While the big-mouthed coward is still at large, the Pop-Tarts bowl has gotten in on the action and intends to do their part to make things right — well, sort of.
The Pop-Tarts bowl trolled the missing FSU fan by making a bet of their own on Wednesday.
Sounds to me like someone’s eating some Pop-Tarts Crunchy Poppers out of a red solo cup. To be candid, that sounds like a much better time than the proposed alternative.
Kansas State and Tulane are scheduled for an 11:00 a.m. kickoff from Yulman Stadium in New Orleans (LA). The Wildcats are currently 10-point favorites to win the game, but the ESPN matchup predictor gives the Cats just a 55.4% chance to win.
Hopefully, the internet finds this turd-evader before Saturday’s game, but if not, there’s a good chance that Pop-Tarts will hold up their end of the bargain.
