Look: Oklahoma 2024 SEC Schedule Unveiled
Brent Venables and the Oklahoma Sooners are coming off a 10-2 regular season finish in 2023 and are headed to the Valero Alamo Bowl, where they’ll face the 14th-ranked Arizona Wildcats.
That game will be the final time in OU football history that they’ll represent the Big 12, as a move to the Southeastern Conference becomes official in July of 2024.
The complete SEC schedule was released on Wednesday night, giving Oklahoma fans a first glimpse of what Year 1 in their new conference will look like, and boy are they in for a culture shock.
Oklahoma has games scheduled against teams currently ranked No. 3, No. 4, No. 9, No. 11, No. 13, and No. 21 in the College Football Playoff Top 25. Talk about a gauntlet.
