Drew took to X and shared a photo of himself getting lunch on a rainy Wednesday in Waco, seemingly attempt to push back on rumors he’s on his way to Lexington for an interview.
This comes after Kentucky sports media was buzzing over a flight tracker going from Waco to Lexington.
Now is this Scott Drew insisting he is not considering the Kentucky job? No, it’s not. Could representatives be going to Lexington on his behalf? Absolutely.
However, I don’t think Scott Drew, after 20 years at Baylor, would toy with his own fan base like this and share this lunch photo, if he really did have a representative going to negotiate with Kentucky on his behalf. That would be crappy. And not like Scott Drew to do that.
