Big 12 Football Picks: Week 10
The Big 12 football season is here, which means it’s time for our BIG 12 football picks against the spread. Our picks went 2-3 against the spread last week, but we are still 19-15 on the season, so let’s go!

West Virginia vs. TCU
The Mountaineers are back home where they always play better and are 3-0-1 against the spread compared to 1-2 on the road. TCU has won two in a row, but it’s been against mediocre competition in Baylor and Texas Tech. WVU brings in a top 5 defense in America and gets a TCU offense that is still trying to find its identity. Plus, as noted above, the TCU offensive line is going to have major problems with this WVU defensive line. TCU’s best hope is to win a game that is really, really ugly where both teams combine for less than 40 points. I don’t see that happening.
The Pick: WVU-3
Texas Tech vs. Baylor
This game is a total toss up. Neither team has been good this season and both would desperately like to get this win. With that being said, Baylor has had flashes the last couple of weeks on both sides of the ball, but just hasn’t put it together yet. Meantime, Texas Tech has struggled mightily and appears to be a team trending in the wrong direction. Also, Tech is 2-5 against the spread this season. They’ve been a bad bet and I won’t fall for them this week.
The Pick: Baylor +1.5
