Five-Star Prospect Caleb Wilson Considers UCF in Updated College List

Five-star Class of 2025 power forward Caleb Wilson narrowed down his list of schools to 12, which included the UCF Knights.

The other programs that the 6-foot-9 big man is considering are Arkansas, Duke, North Carolina, Alabama, Georgia Tech, Auburn, Tennessee, Oregon, Kentucky, Ohio State, and USC, per Joe Tipton.

Tipton reports that he has taken two official visits so far, to Auburn and UNC.

In the spring, Wilson dominated the popular Peach Jam AAU basketball tournament for Nightrydas Elite. He led the team to an 8-0 record with averages of 17.3 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 2.8 blocks per game via Zagsblog.

On3’s Jamie Shaw released a scouting report on Wilson and stated, “Caleb Wilson has a great frame, good length, and natural pop. He plays really well in a phone booth, efficient movements in tight spaces, shows the footwork to shake free with the ball in the half court.”

“He is explosive around the basket, has go-to comfort over his left shoulder with patience,” Shaw added. “He can push the break and plays with pace.”

UCF head coach Johnny Dawkins led the Knights to a 17-16 record in 2023-24 during the program’s first season competing in the Big 12 Conference.
