2022-23 Big 12 Women’s Basketball Schedule Released on Monday
The Big 12 conference will tip-off its Women’s basketball conference schedule on New Year’s Eve this season, according to a Big 12 press release.
All ten teams in the conference will play one another twice, known as a double round-robin format, as has been the case for several years now. The final conference game of the season will be on March 4, which directly precedes the Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s Basketball Championship, which is on March 9-12 in Kansas City’s Municipal Auditorium.
According to the Big 12, 11 games have been selected for national television broadcast. Dates, times and television designations are subject to change. Each program will set game times and networks for the remainder of their home games.
In 2021-22, the Baylor Bears won the Big 12 regular season title, becoming the first team in conference history to do so after starting conference play with an 0-2 record. Baylor was part of the nation-leading 60% of Big 12 schools selected for the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament. The conference posted a perfect 6-0 record in the Round of 64, with Texas, the 2022 Big 12 Tournament champion, reaching the Elite Eight.
With that, lets take a look at the Big 12 women’s basketball conference schedule.
